I can tell you exactly where I wrote this song. The first and second verses came out of me at a cafe called the South Hobart Foodstore, quite a bit after it stopped being any good. It was a shitty South Hobart day and every time the door opened, shit would fly everywhere from the wind blowing down across the mountain. Then I went and finished it off over a Cascade Export Stout (that they don't export) at the Globe Hotel.
